Hi! My name is Jen. Welcome to Journey at Christ Church! I am the pastor here and would love the opportunity to get to know you. If you've been hurt by the church, I'm sorry, and I get it. If you have had formative experiences where the church has played a significant role in helping you become the fullest expression of who God has called you to be, I get that too. And if you have no experience at all with church, then I dare you to dip your toes in. The Love of Jesus is worth the risk and you are wanted here. We are an inclusive congregation that believes we are created in the image of God and are indeed very good! In my free time I love to play with my two pet bunnies, shop at TJMaxx, play games, and spend time with my partner, Cathy. Let's connect at a local coffee shop or grab a bite to eat--my treat. I'd love to hear your story!

ERIN MITCHELL
9:00 Worship Leader

I’m proud to have been a part of this church family since 1997. I live in Findlay with my husband Mike, our dog Dante, and a fish tank full of African cichlids. I have 2 adult stepchildren, Colin and Paige. I am a counselor with Lutheran Social Services in my “day job.” In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, doing assorted craft projects and gardening. I’m also a major football fan (go Packers!). My approach to both counseling and my role with the church is to meet people wherever they are, and my hope for everyone who finds their way to us is that they find that place where they belong, just as they are.

NATHAN BIGGER
Office Administrator

I am originally from Missouri but have lived in nearly every corner of Ohio for the past 20+ years. My wonderful wife Krista and I met at Ohio University and our love for all things Bobcat knows no bounds. We are blessed with two sweet, smart, and exhausting boys— JJ and Andrew, and our giant fur baby, Danny Tanner. Krista is a Findlay native and music teacher at Findlay High School. My background is in theater performance, arts administration, and bad puns. I have served as the church office administrator since 2018, and am proud to be a small part of such a welcoming church family. Come say hi!
